What happens if I use more minutes?
We'll let you know before normal usage turns into a surprise bill. Higher-volume plans are available.
Is there a setup fee?
Not for our standard Managed and Managed Plus setup during launch. Complex integrations or custom builds may be quoted separately before work begins.
Am I locked in?
No long-term contract on our standard plans. If ANSWERED isn't useful, you shouldn't be forced to keep paying for it.
Why isn't it $99 a month like some AI apps?
Because we're not handing you an app. We configure your answering, test it, manage it and tune it around your business. If you'd rather configure and monitor AI software yourself, cheaper self-service products exist and may suit you perfectly. If you'd rather have it handled for you, that's what ANSWERED is for.
